Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking and accepting services from Atlantic Glow Co., you agree to the following policy:

All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the owner. We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preference, missed appointments, or improper aftercare.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a deposit refund.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.

• If no deposit was collected (e.g., phone or manual booking), a 25% fee based on your appointment cost will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full charge for the service.
